TWO PEOPLE. TWO “YES!” MOMENTS. ONE POSITIVE MESSAGE.
Making a Difference in Their Lives — and in the Lives of Others
At the Say Yes Foundation, we believe that positive change begins with a decision:
SAY YES!
Say YES to making a difference.
Say YES to helping someone else.
Say YES to being part of your community.
Say YES to turning positive choices into positive action.
This month's SAY YES SPOTLIGHT features Delray Williams and Omar Gutierrez—two people pictured sharing that message in very different community settings.
DELRAY WILLIAMS
Saying YES to Positivity

This photograph captures Delray alongside members of the community in a moment of connection and positivity.
Delray represents an important part of the Say Yes message:
You can choose to be part of the solution.
Every positive action matters. Sometimes it begins with simply showing up, participating, encouraging another person, or choosing to bring something positive into a situation.
That's a YES worth celebrating.

Saying YES to Sharing Something Positive
This is another powerful example of what community connection can look like: people from different backgrounds coming together around a positive message.
The Say Yes Foundation believes that education, communication and community involvement can create opportunities for people to work together toward healthier and safer communities.
A positive message becomes even more powerful when we share it.
FOR THE COMMUNITY. BY THE COMMUNITY.
These photographs remind us that the Say Yes message isn't limited to one neighborhood, one age group, or one particular setting.
It belongs wherever people are willing to make a positive choice.
From youth education and bullying prevention to drug awareness, community service and positive community involvement, Say Yes Foundation continues to encourage people to become participants in positive change.
And our nationwide Community Service initiative gives individuals another opportunity to say YES—by completing verified community service hours while supporting positive community efforts.
WHAT DOES YOUR “YES!” LOOK LIKE?
Maybe your YES is:
YES to helping a child.
YES to standing against bullying.
YES to learning about the dangers of drugs.
YES to serving your community.
YES to encouraging someone who needs support.
YES to becoming part of something positive.
There isn't just one way to Say YES.
There are countless ways to make a difference.
THIS MONTH'S SAY YES MESSAGE
“One YES can inspire another YES.”
Delray said YES.
Omar said YES.
Now it's your turn.
What will YOUR YES be?
